• Implemented and promoted a robust Wellbeing Strategy

• Introduced an employee Reward & Recognition programme and Perks & Benefits Scheme

• Supported employee growth and development through introducing an internal performance management framework and external training opportunities

• Found creative ways to directly access the talent pipeline to attract great talent and reduce recruitment costs

• Led and encouraged a fully engaged, high performing workforce, through team activities, surveys and "Yam Jams"

• Introduced governance and structure into a business through writing and publishing policies and procedures

• Key involvement in recruitment of employees from advertising to onboarding

• Being a true ambassador for any company I work for, showcasing it as an employer of choice

• People management

• Successfully and single-handedly project managed and co-ordinated an end to end office move

• Project managed a crowdfunding campaign from coordination of asset creation, wording, creative content, email marketing, and legal documents; to communication with key stakeholders; and thorough end to end due diligence of the campaign

• Supported CEO in application to become a finalist in the Natwest Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2019 under Disruptor Of The Year category

• Created and actively supported Location Co-ordination Team 

• Led Charity Committee, CSR programme and fundraising initiatives/activities for local charities
